bbkk Terms & Conditions — Your Complete Guide to Using Our Platform Responsibly

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the bbkk website (https://bbkk.io), its mobile-optimised interface, and all services, games, and tools accessible to registered players through that domain.
• "Player Account" means the individual account opened by a registered user following successful completion of the bbkk registration process.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a player into their bbkk account in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) that are available for wagering or withdrawal, distinct from bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits, free bets, or non-withdrawable incentive funds added to a player's account by bbkk, subject to specific wagering requirements.

To register and maintain a Player Account on bbkk, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

4.1 One Account Policy. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active Player Account on bbkk. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same identity or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bbkk employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicates are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended, bonus balances forfeited, and any open bets settled at the company's discretion.

4.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. bbkk will never contact you by any channel to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility unless you notify bbkk support immediately upon becoming aware of unauthorised access.

4.4 Inactive Accounts. An account is considered inactive after 12 consecutive months with no login activity. bbkk reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee of up to ৳200 per month to inactive accounts with a positive balance. 4.5 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting bbkk support. Any Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures. Bonus balances are not returned upon voluntary account closure.

In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed price and the correct price at time of bet placement, bbkk reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake.

6.3 Voided Bets. A bet may be voided in circumstances including but not limited to: an event being abandoned or postponed without resumption within 48 hours, obvious pricing errors, match-fixing suspicion, or technical failures that affected the outcome or the market's ability to settle correctly. Voided bets are returned to the player's Real Money Balance as a stake refund.

6.4 Casino and Slots Games.
